Ingredients:


  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions:


  1. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, and olives.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
